There is nothing to be attached to the new Hardie Board.
Even though there are hooks available to do this, the Board has determined this will not be permitted due to the potential damage inserting the hooks or overloading them.The boards could crack, split or chip which would void the warranty.
Nothing should be attached to the Hardie Board. This includes adhesive blocks, hooks, screws or any other type of attachments. Owners are responsible for damage to theHardie Board and will be assessed the costs for any repairs.
Replacement Lighting
For an updated view of the new lighting fixtures, please walk past Units 79 and 81.
The lighting originally chosen is unfortunately no longer available to us. They did not meet the specifications we initially outlined with the supplier.

They Have Arrived!
As promised, the large board samples of the three Hardie Board colours have arrived at Christie Point.
Borrowing the Hardie Board samples is easy.
Julie will schedule a time for you to pick up the boards.
You will be given pick-up and return dates by Julie so that everyone can have an opportunity to examine the boards.
