Christie Point Condominium Association
is an active community in SW Calgary, comprised of 60 walkout condominiums clustered around a private circular drive.
Established in 1995, as Christie Point Seniors Condos, our condominium community saw its inception with the completion of the initial condo buildings on the site. Construction concluded in 1998. Our community comprises 30 bungalow-style walkout buildings, each sharing a common wall, totaling 60 individual units.

Our neighborhood is friendly and outgoing, supporting each other and the work of our Board. The small size of our community allows our Board to interact informally and regularly with our members, keeping our association members well informed and well represented.

Christie Point was awarded the Southern Alberta Condominium of the Year
award in 2012, the first year it was offered, by the CCI.
