We're a friendly and vibrant community nestled in a prime location, offering stunning mountain views and a welcoming atmosphere. Built between 1995 and 1998, our community began as Christie Point Seniors Condos and has since become a sought-after place to call home.
Our unique layout features 30 bungalow-style walkout buildings, each with two units sharing a common wall, for a total of 60 individual homes. When construction finished, we proudly held the distinction of being the westernmost and southernmost neighborhood in the area, giving our residents unparalleled views of the surrounding mountains.
While our area has grown significantly since then, Christie Point has retained its special charm. We enjoy a peaceful residential setting with the added benefit of convenient access to a wide range of services and amenities. The fact that many of our original owners still call Christie Point home speaks volumes about the wonderful community we have here.
